Lockton Tops Client Satisfaction Survey for Second Straight Year

For the second consecutive year, Lockton has earned the top spot among large commercial brokers in the J.D. Power 2017 customer satisfaction study released on Dec. 4. XL Catlin received the top designation for large commercial insurers.

In its fourth year, the study measures customer satisfaction among large commercial insurance risk professionals in the U.S. and Canada. Broker satisfaction was measured across nine categories: quality of advice and guidance provided; reasonableness of fees; ease of the renewal process; effectiveness of risk control services; variety of program offerings; effectiveness of program review; price, given services received; billing and payment process; and claims process.

One of the key findings of the study was that clients put a high value on their insurers understanding their business needs.
