Salmonella Dublin outbreak alert!

On Nov. 1, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced an outbreak of Salmonella Dublin in ground beef. There have been 10 reported cases resulting in one death and six hospitalizations. So far, the CDC has not advised consumers to stop eating ground beef or retailers to stop selling it, but they are reminding consumers of safe handling and cooking practices.
