Workplace Incivility Costs Employers

No one likes to be uncomfortable in the workplace but unfortunately, rude and insensitive behavior occurs often leading to issues for the employer.  This inappropriate behavior is often responsible for lost productivity, high turnover, low morale, reputational damage, workers’ compensation claims and lawsuits.
