Midwest University’s Wellness Program Earns an “A”

Leadership at Saint Louis University (SLU), a private Catholic, Jesuit university in the Midwest, realized it was time to improve the health and the morale of its nearly 7,000 employees. The Lockton Health Risk Solutions team reviewed SLU’s data in InfoLock® to confirm the health risks in the employee population. As a result, SLU and Lockton partnered to:

  • Design a comprehensive points-based wellness program.
  • Set a new standard that required employees to earn an incentive for the next calendar year.
  • Implemented a targeted diabetes management program.
