Lockton VP Addresses HR’s New Competencies

Over the past few decades, HR has evolved, requiring HR professionals to learn a new set of competencies. HR professionals are now overseeing compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate, managing HR technology processes and vendors and much more. 

Lockton Benefit Group’s Matthew Kaiser, Vice President and Managing Director, is addressing these new HR challenges and competencies at the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists 35th Annual Symposium September 19, 2016, in Baltimore.

At the symposium, Kaiser will address:

  • How to effectively manage their HR technology vendor relationships, including how to negotiate and hold vendors to service level agreements
