Accidents involving large trucks climbed nine percent between 2011 and 2014, according to the U.S Department of Transportation. Deteriorating drivers’ health, increased use of cellphones, and more construction projects have all resulted in more accidents. More wrecks have also caused commercial auto insurance rates to spike.
