Background

A large, U.S.-based construction company provides nearly every type of civil, commercial, and industrial construction service. The size of the organization, its broad geographical coverage, and the range of skill sets required to staff its three diverse divisions combined to create unique recruiting and onboarding requirements. In addition, data management was a constant challenge due to the sheer volume of hiring activity, with more than 6,000 applicants per year.

Although a talent management system was already in place, company leadership had concerns about the system’s ability to keep pace with their needs over the long term.
