Biography

As COO, Tim is an Operations Executive with responsibilities for developing Lockton’s Kansas City human capital operation, which includes communication insourcing, executive benefits, retirement, and benefit consulting groups. Tim brings more than 20 years of industry experience in consulting, sales, and operational growth leadership. He has gained much of his practical business knowledge in operations through his founding and leadership of four of the fastest-growing operations at his previous employers. Tim has been with Lockton since 2008.
