Biography

Lisa joined Lockton Companies in 2012 as a Member and Vice President in the Employee Benefits practice. She has been a trusted advisor to business leaders for public and private companies for over 17 years and has leveraged her expertise in operations, process optimization and finance for strategic management of health & welfare programs. In addition, she and her team provide due diligence support for commercial insurance, employee benefits and retirement for merger & acquisitions for private equity firms in the middle market sector.

Prior to joining Lockton, Lisa was on the management team with USI Insurance Services. From 2008 to 2012, she was Vice President of Regional Operations responsible for account management, client deliverables and technical resource development for all major Texas Markets (Houston, Dallas, and Austin) as well as New Orleans, Louisiana. Previous to her work at USI, Lisa held a successful sales and consulting role with a mid-market third party administrator.

In addition to a portfolio of insurance industry experience, Lisa also offers the valuable perspective of business ownership. For 15 years, she was responsible for merchandising, operations and finance as the owner and officer of her own retail company and in 2002, joined fashion shoe designer, Donald J Pliner as Director of US Retail Operations; directing operations for five retail stores and three outlets.

Lisa has always held an interest in architecture and interior design and worked for twelve years in the engineering and construction industry as a mechanical designer. Her experience within each of these industries has prepared her for success as a creative and resourceful mentor to organizations today.
