Building Your Foundation

If you’re a new or recent college graduate and you’re interested in a role with broad-based client management responsibilities and significant room for growth and development, consider Lockton’s Associate Account Manager Program. This three-phase, 24-month program combines classroom learning with hands-on experience to teach new Associates how to successfully market and service our clients’ commercial insurance and employee benefits programs.
