Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP), more commonly known as “Wrap-Ups,” are an
excellent way to control insurance and claims costs on large, broad-coverage
construction projects.
We provide full-service Wrap Up administration programs as well as programs
that encompass Workers’ Compensation/General Liability and General Liability-only
programs. Each of our programs integrates Loss Control, Claims and Risk
Management giving you comprehensive service.
Our fully-dedicated Wrap-Up group have broad experience in commercial and
residential projects, from single-family dwellings to buildings worth upwards
of $2 billion. Each of our experienced OCIP administrators is responsible for
his/her project from start to finish, so you will have a dedicated partner as

Bid Credit and Deductible applications and some have a medical background to
assist in establishing First Aid stations on site.
