Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP), more commonly known as “Wrap-Ups,” are an excellent way to control insurance and claims costs on large, broad-coverage construction projects. We provide full-service Wrap Up administration programs as well as programs that encompass Workers’ Compensation/General Liability and General Liability-only programs. Each of our programs integrates Loss Control, Claims and Risk Management giving you comprehensive service.

Our fully-dedicated Wrap-Up group has broad experience in commercial and residential projects, from single-family dwellings to buildings worth upwards of $2 billion. Each of our experienced OCIP administrators is responsible for his/her project from start to finish, so you will have a dedicated partner as your advocate throughout the process. Each of our associates is well-versed in Bid Credit and Deductible applications and some have a medical background to assist in establishing First Aid stations on site.

In some cases, our financial analysis and feasibility study will indicate that a Wrap-Up is not the best option. Where a Wrap-Up is the best option, we implement a proprietary Web-based risk management system called Wrapmaster to automate record keeping essential to an efficient program.
