We can offer a choice of insurers of the very best household names and options in cover ie – standard cover, standard cover plus an accidental damage extension and cover for personal possessions.
Your involvement in the management of the scheme depends on your requirements - we can accommodate you and the options available include:
- Maximum involvement in the management of the scheme
You would be involved in the promotion of the scheme to tenants, collection of premiums along with rent and administration carried out by you. We can negotiate a level of remuneration to cover administration costs.
- Medium involvement
You would be involved in the promotion of the scheme to tenants, collection of premium along with rent. Administration carried out by the Insurer or outsourced to an administrator, again we can negotiate a level of remuneration to cover administration costs.
- Minimum involvement
Your only involvement would be in the promotion of the scheme to tenants. The premium collection and administration would be carried out by the Insurer or outsourced to an administrator.
All claims handling of the scheme will be carried out by the insurer or their appointed loss adjuster. They will provide a dedicated claims team who will provide advice and support as required, reduce process driven claims handling as far as possible and ensure a timely and efficient service.
