Q. In what language will the contract be concluded?
A. We present all documents in English.
Policy arrangements
Q. When does my cover begin and end?
A. Policy - Policy cover commences once your proposal and payment has been accepted. Policies usually last for a 12 months unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase.
Complaints
Q. How can I make a complaint?
A. We operate a comprehensive complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive from us you should contact Motor Sports Risk Services +44 (0) 161 828 3300 or write to us at Motor Sport Risk Services, Lockton Companies International Limited, 19 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1FB. If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve your problem, subject to your eligibility, we will provide you with details of the Financial Ombudsman Service. Payments
Q. How can I pay?
A. You may pay online by credit card, debit card or by setting up a direct debit. Alternatively, you can contact us to purchase by telephone on +44 (0) 161 828 3300.
If you choose to buy online, please note that the application takes place in a secure browser session. For your own protection, secure sessions are "time-limited". You must read the cover details, before you proceed to our application form.
Q. Do I have to buy online?

Refund Policy
As a private individual you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days. Other refunds of Premium will be calculated on a proportionate basis, less £10 to cover our operational costs. The amount of premium to be refunded under this condition will be reduced by all unpaid premiums or unpaid premium installments due.
