To make a claim please telephone Mobility Risk Services 0845 602 8000. Please have your certificate number to hand.
We provide a dedicated claims team dealing with claims on behalf of Allianz as part of our service.
We may ask you to complete a claim form and we will liaise with the repairer to facilitate repairs to your machine.
We use a network of Approved Repairers around the country.
They have been given authority to proceed with routine repair work without the need to refer to ourselves.
This means that a claim can be handled promptly and with a minimum of paperwork.
