Q. In what language will the contract be concluded?
A. We present all documents in English.
Policy arrangements
Q. When does my cover begin and end?
A. Policy cover commences on the date that you have requested. Depending on your need or preference,
the policy can last from any period between 1 to 5 years.
Complaints
Q. How can I make a complaint?
A. We operate a comprehensive complaints procedure. If you are not
satisfied with the service you receive from us you should contact Mobility
Risk Services 0845 602 8000. If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve
your problem, subject to your eligibility, we will provide you with details
of the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please review the full procedure in our
policy wording.
Payments
Q. How can I pay?
A. You may
pay online by credit card, debit card
or by setting up a direct debit. Alternatively, you can
contact us to purchase
by telephone.
If you choose to buy
online, please note that the application takes place
in a secure browser session. For your own protection, secure sessions are "time-limited". You must
read the cover details, before you proceed to our application form.

Security of your machine
Please protect your machine. Incidence of theft and vandalism are on the increase,
putting your mobility at risk. We strongly recommend that you make your mobility
vehicle as secure as possible whenever you are not using it and keep it locked
away in a secure place overnight.
If, at your usual place of residence, your machine cannot be stored in locked
accommodation when you are not using it, please ring us on 0845 602 8000 to
discuss this as it may well affect the level of cover that we can provide.
Refund Policy
As a private individual you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund
within 14 days. Other refunds return of Premium will be calculated on a
proportionate basis, less £10 to cover our operational costs. The amount of
premium to be refunded under this condition will be reduced by all unpaid
premiums or unpaid premium instalments due.
