Lockton won Commercial Lines Broker of the Year at the British Insurance Awards July 8 in front of over 1800 guests from across the insurance industry gathered at the Royal Albert Hall. Host Dara O’Briain, supported by Incisive Media group editor in chief Anthony Gould, presented the highly coveted trophies at the annual gala dinner.

Lockton’s Executive Chairman, Mike Hammond said “Last night was a great result for Lockton. I was delighted to pick up the award of Commercial Lines Broker of the Year, which is reward for all the efforts and dedication of our Associates in the UK. The British Insurance Awards are the most prestigious in the industry. It is very much about recognising the performance of insurance brokers and companies across all the UK’s regions. I want to thank you for the hard work and commitment in making Lockton the best insurance broker out there. This is your award!”

The award was announced by Paul Donaldson, Managing Director at RSA who specifically mentioned the impact that Lockton had made in the last 2 years in the UK insurance scene.
