São Paulo, 01 November 2011 - Lockton Brazil has appointed Ms Simone Feu to lead its Employee Benefits operation as Benefits Director. With 25 years' professional experience providing benefits and insurance advice to clients, Feu counts Bradesco, Brazil's largest health insurance carrier, and Willis and Aon among her previous employers. 

Feu is charged with strengthening and deepening the range of services that Lockton provides to corporate clients in Brazil. She graduated in law at Estácio de Sá university and is also a post-graduate in marketing at ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing). 

As a market leader in Employee Benefits consulting in Mexico and with a significant portfolio of US business, Lockton is well positioned to leverage its international expertise to deliver an uncommon level of service to Brazilian clients. 

According to Feu, a core focus for Lockton Brazil will be to develop partnerships that help clients to improve the way they manage their portfolios. "There are lots of new opportunities in the Brazilian employee benefits space," she says.

"We are highly focused on developing our health insurance offering in Brazil, as well as the insurance and risk management services, which Lockton already offers as a market leader in other global territories. We are constantly working on integrating our data and delivering new products that meet the needs of clients, improving the structure of employee's information so that we can provide new risk management reports and enhanced corporate employee benefit expertise.
