London, 22nd June 2012 - Privately owned independent insurance broker Lockton Companies LLP has recently appointed Rachel Gilliam to lead its growing Private Clients business.  Gilliam previously ran Aon Private Clients in the Midlands and developed The Oval Group's High Net Worth Insurance offering.

Lockton, primarily though its Affinity insurance service offering, has already laid the foundations of a thriving Private Client service offering, supporting the needs of long-standing and loyal partners such as the Aston Martin Owners Club and Ferrari Owners Club.

Gilliam's experience will enhance and broaden Lockton's pool of talented Associates and augment the top ten global broker's long standing insurer relationships.
