minimum. Our approach is to work in partnership with you to jointly
appoint a loss adjuster with whom you can deal directly through a
24-hour emergency helpline.
Whilst our in-house claims team is still very much involved,
particularly in large or complex losses, this approach speeds up the
claims settlement process for the more routine attritional losses.
