Our Growth
Our Chairman,
David Lockton,
jokes that "When we talk about planning for
the next quarter, we're talking about the next quarter century."
But that doesn't mean we're slow or complacent.
In fact, our organic growth and client retention rates are the envy of the
industry. We have posted double-digit annual growth since our start in 1966,
driving a compound annual growth rate of 19% during the past 10 years.
Our Focus: You.
Lockton is privately owned and fiercely committed to that independence.
Private ownership means that Lockton has a single-minded focus on serving
our clients. We are not distracted by demands from Wall Street analysts or
by watching the ticker on our stock price.
