John Q. Hammons Hotels Management, LLC is one of the nation’s premier independent builders, developers and owners and managers of upscale, full-service hotels. The Hammons portfolio includes Holiday Inn, Embassy Suites, Marriott, Sheraton and Radisson hotels.
With nearly 3,500 employees, Hammons was looking for innovative ideas to conquer the challenges they face in managing cost and quality issues in healthcare. "When we joined Lockton, we changed our broker and medical carrier at the same time," says Kent Foster, Vice President Human Resources. "Lockton was willing to step in and help us; they had to learn our plan and where we wanted to go while dealing with the carrier change. They made the impossible possible."
